"I came to the company in 1994 for a three-month cover contract, and I never left!
Self-taught at 22, the “will” has never left me...
The will to invest myself, progress, grow, to feel more fulfilled.
Thanks to the trust awarded by management, I was able to carry out various positions:

· Head of Sales Administration"

A few words about her profession

"Sales advisor in both France and internationally, for the mechanics area for the most part, I can adapt when the need arises.
In charge of a defined sector, and the crimping area, I manage the sales area in partnership with the regional managers.
Supporting and guiding one another, exchanging to reach a common goal. Selling, negotiating, and reaching targets are – for me – drivers of inspiration.
All these actions have a single goal : concluding business with a client who will be satisfied with all services provided, in the aim of building a solid partnership based on trust and transparency.
I also contact our suppliers in order to avert any kind of incident.
I can also negotiate well in english and german, and prospect in the African continent with a good grasp of arabic, in order to export our products."

Her daily routine

"They say my one fault is wanting to do everything... I suppose routine depresses me!
Rightly so, my position allows me to compensate for this routine : managing calls, orders, invoicing, stocks, and procurement forecasts for our large client accounts. I also independently handle prospecting, building client loyalty, and account revival.
I try my best to convey my passion to any new assistants hired.
On the other hand, having the company culture, I simultaneously hold the role of secretary of our Worker’s Council. As with my clients, I am always amiable and make myself available to Supratec associates."

Her most memorable project

"I was able to contribute to the creation of the aeronautics and industrial bonding branches, which were growing quickly at the time."

Her next challenge

"Having recently taken over the crimping activity with the aim of reviving old accounts and revitalising our client file, I feel extremely happy in my work."
