Rozenn’s career at Supratec

"I arrived in 2000 for a 3-month fixed-term contract as a Sales Assistant for SUPRATEC Enomax. I was hired the following year under a permanent contract in the same post.
In late 2008, there was an internal opportunity for the role of Executive Assistant at Supratec, I applied and was successful.
And in September 2017, I had another opportunity for internal mobility when I took on the role of Head of Client Relations in the Marketing department. "

A few words about her profession

"I’m in charge of approving requests from companies who contact us via the websites.
I call the leads in order to hone in on their requirements and understand their problem and project. I redirect the requests to the brands concerned.
Today, I handle the SUPRATEC JMD and Suprasteam brands. But with time we’re going to take over each of the Supratec brands.
A new position will be created after in-house demand is detected, with a view to improving our client relations.
So we’ve had to introduce a new process in order to process incoming requests in the best way possible."

Her daily routine

"When I arrive in the morning I take note of the contact request notifications that have come through our management tool.
I have an investigation phase where I do as much research as I can on the client’s business and provide the best response during my call.
I then establish call planning for the day depending on the calendar meetings already scheduled with certain clients and requests that I receive. And I call the required clients.
After each call, I create the lead in our CRM tool and notify the necessary teams so that they can take over (sending quotes, demo organisation, etc.).
I process at least a dozen leads per day."

Her most memorable project

"When I was an Executive Assistant, I had to organise the visit by former President François Hollande. I had to organise it in only 3 days ! A successful experiment."

Her next challenge

"Since the SDR position has recently been created, my goal is to develop the growing service, take charge of all the Supratec brands over time and succeed through my work in making requests a project reality.
Also, our company works in so many different sectors that I’d like to be able to understand other requirements than the ones for which the client calls us."
