"I arrived in June 2015 as Visitor manager and Administrative management, then as Executive assistant in 2016, and immediately found my place and bearings.
Currently Administrative manager of generalpurchasing and infrastructure, Supratec believed in me and allowed me to advance quickly. I was able to develop my knowledge and acquire new expertise thanks to the training that was made available to me (advanced training on the Office Package and management training)."
A few words about her profession
"My role is essentially to assist and help management and associates, in particular through the management of general purchasing and organisation of infrastructure.
My close collaboration with corporate services (HR, legal, accounting...) allows me to demonstrate great versatility."
Her daily routine
"My day involves assisting the directors and associates to resolve their issues and help them with their administrative tasks.
So I implement processes and procedures such as:
- a new management tool for expense reports,
- a partnership with a travel agency for business trips,
- a charter of professional expenses, and so on.
I'm also in charge of leading the “Accueil Excellence” project. With the help of my associate, we make every effort to flawlessly welcome our visitors and leave them with a reminder of Supratec’s values."
Her most memorable project
"Rolling out “Accueil Excellence” was interesting and exciting because the challenge was to create a true brand identity in order to portray the Supratec image to our visitors and clients.
I started from scratch then envisaged the reception of tomorrow, placing our values first. I redesigned the décor and furnishing of the offices with the help of our communication manager. I also implemented adapted and intuitive tools that would combine the reception with our daily administrative tasks.
Beyond the technical aspect, we created a charter that drew on operational excellence, the underlying idea of the Néo project."
Her next challenge
"My challenge is daily: allowing for our services to be constantly improved while making savings!"
